I wanted to set a new little challenge for both myself and for you guys for this month. The challenge is called ‘The Self Appreciation Challenge’.
I often hear from my clients, and sometimes models, variations of the following phrase: ‘Oh it must be really hard work for you to get rid of my pimples/dark circles around my eyes/to make me look half decent’ etc etc. Yet, what I see is, beautiful eyes, beautiful lips, beautiful skin, super long eyelashes.
